GPS accuracy can vary with signal, buildings, trees, tunnels, and device settings. For best results, allow precise location access and start rides in an open area when possible.
Make sure the app has enough time to finish saving after a ride ends. If a ride is missing, send us the approximate ride time, app version, and any screenshots you have.
Ride tracking uses GPS, which can use more battery during longer rides. Starting with a charged phone and reducing screen brightness can help on extended rides.
Rideleaf stores ride history locally on your device, so we cannot delete rides remotely. You can delete local Rideleaf data from your device by deleting rides in the app where supported, or by deleting the Rideleaf app.
Please do not interact with Rideleaf while riding. Stay aware of your surroundings, ride safely, and follow local traffic laws.
